• Double-check your branch is based on develop and targets develop (where applicable)
• Pull request has tests (If applicable)
• Code is well-commented, linted and follows project conventions
• Documentation is updated (if necessary)
• Description explains the issue/use-case resolved

Description

• Delete dependabot.yml and migrate to version catalogues with some additional library version bumps
